TIXIMAX TERMS OF SERVICE

TIXIMAX Joint Stock Company (“Tiximax”, “we”) issues these TIXIMAX terms of service to clarify the rights and responsibilities of Tiximax and the Customer (“You”) when using any services within our ecosystem. Therefore, using the service implies that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

I. GENERAL INTRODUCTION

1.1. Purpose and Scope of Application
These TIXIMAX terms of service regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Tiximax and service users, including individual customers, organizations, agents, distributors… who need to use Indonesia buying services, freight shipping, customs declaration, warehousing, and related services provided by Tiximax.

1.2. Acceptance of Terms
By using Tiximax services (via website, application, or other contact methods), you automatically agree to and are bound by the terms below, even without an officially signed document.

1.3. Nature of Tiximax Services
Tiximax provides international and domestic shipping, purchasing – importing – and customs clearance services for goods from abroad (especially from Indonesia) to Vietnam according to international customs regulations. Specifically, we act as an intermediary between the customer and the seller/international freight forwarder.

II. SERVICES PROVIDED

2.1. Terms of Service – International Purchasing

  • Support for ordering from e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee Indonesia, or suppliers in Indonesia and other countries as requested.
  • We do not represent the seller and are not responsible for product quality or warranties.
  • TIXIMAX is only responsible for payment, receipt of goods, shipping, and customs clearance.

2.2. International and Domestic Shipping

  • Receiving goods from partners, transporting to transit warehouses in Indonesia/Vietnam, and delivering to the address requested by the customer.
  • Includes temporary warehousing, consolidation, parcel splitting, packaging reinforcement, and shipping via economy or express options.
  • TIXIMAX does not provide absolute commitments on delivery time due to external factors (customs, natural disasters, politics, etc.).

2.3. Customs Support and Declaration

  • TIXIMAX performs customs declarations according to Vietnam Customs regulations, pays import taxes, and handles specialized inspection procedures if necessary.
III. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS

3.1. Provision of Information

You must provide accurate name, address, phone number, email, and tax ID (for organizations). Declare full details of goods, relevant documents, invoices, and specific processing requests. Commit that goods are legal and not on the prohibited shipping list.

3.2. Payment

Full or partial payment must be made in advance according to TIXIMAX’s quotation. Any incurred costs (import tax, storage fees, shipping surcharges…) will be notified and collected before delivery.

3.3. Inspection and Receipt

Check goods immediately upon receipt. Any complaints after 24 hours from successful delivery will not be accepted. Photographic or video evidence is required for missing, damaged, or incorrect items.

IV. TIXIMAX RESPONSIBILITIES AND COMMITMENTS

4.1. Service Commitment

  • Operate services according to the information, progress, and commitments publicly announced.
  • Be transparent about shipping rates, surcharges, and delivery times.

4.2. Information Security

Protect all personal data, transactions, and purchase history according to the Privacy Policy. Information is not shared with third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

4.3. Limitation of Liability

  • TIXIMAX is not responsible for product quality from the seller.
  • We are not responsible for risks caused by customer errors (wrong declaration, prohibited goods, false info).
  • No compensation for unforeseen events (war, natural disasters, strikes, embargoes…).
V. SHIPPING OF GOODS

5.1. Prohibited Goods

  • Weapons, drugs, toxic chemicals, currency, high-value assets (gold, securities, antiques).
  • Obscene materials, counterfeit goods, goods of unknown origin.
  • Living organisms, explosives, non-quarantined food.

5.2. Conditional Goods

  • Cosmetics, functional foods, electronics, items with batteries – invoices or supporting documents must be provided.
  • Large, bulky, or fragile items must be packaged correctly; otherwise, receipt may be refused.
VI. COMPENSATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

6.1. Compensation Rates

If goods are lost or damaged due to TIXIMAX’s fault:

With Insurance (8% of value): 100% compensation of the declared value.
Without Insurance: Compensation of 2 times the shipping fee, up to 3,000,000 VND per order.

6.2. Claims Period

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt. TIXIMAX will respond within 07 working days.

VII. AMENDMENTS, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION
  • Tiximax reserves the right to modify terms to suit reality, with public notification on the website.
  • We may refuse service to customers who violate terms, engage in fraud, or fail to make payments on time.
VIII. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
  • Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful, they will be brought to the competent Court in Ho Chi Minh City.
