TIXIMAX Joint Stock Company (“Tiximax”, “we”) issues these TIXIMAX terms of service to clarify the rights and responsibilities of Tiximax and the Customer (“You”) when using any services within our ecosystem. Therefore, using the service implies that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
1.1. Purpose and Scope of Application
These TIXIMAX terms of service regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Tiximax and service users, including individual customers, organizations, agents, distributors… who need to use Indonesia buying services, freight shipping, customs declaration, warehousing, and related services provided by Tiximax.
1.2. Acceptance of Terms
By using Tiximax services (via website, application, or other contact methods), you automatically agree to and are bound by the terms below, even without an officially signed document.
1.3. Nature of Tiximax Services
Tiximax provides international and domestic shipping, purchasing – importing – and customs clearance services for goods from abroad (especially from Indonesia) to Vietnam according to international customs regulations. Specifically, we act as an intermediary between the customer and the seller/international freight forwarder.

3.1. Provision of Information
You must provide accurate name, address, phone number, email, and tax ID (for organizations). Declare full details of goods, relevant documents, invoices, and specific processing requests. Commit that goods are legal and not on the prohibited shipping list.
3.2. Payment
Full or partial payment must be made in advance according to TIXIMAX’s quotation. Any incurred costs (import tax, storage fees, shipping surcharges…) will be notified and collected before delivery.
3.3. Inspection and Receipt
Check goods immediately upon receipt. Any complaints after 24 hours from successful delivery will not be accepted. Photographic or video evidence is required for missing, damaged, or incorrect items.

If goods are lost or damaged due to TIXIMAX’s fault:
With Insurance (8% of value): 100% compensation of the declared value.
Without Insurance: Compensation of 2 times the shipping fee, up to 3,000,000 VND per order.
6.2. Claims Period
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt. TIXIMAX will respond within 07 working days.
